Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005) is my Die Hard. It is a Christmas movie, and I defend it as such with my life. Every year since I first saw it in 2007, I trot it out in December alongside the standard fare favor A Charlie Brown Christmas and Love Actually. One could argue the holiday is only there for set dressing, but director Shane Black—who so far has set five of the ten films he has written around Christmas—says it’s an intentional choice. In a 2013 interview with Den of Geek, Black noted:

Christmas is fun. It’s unifying, and all your characters are committed in this event that stays within the larger story. It roots it, I think, it grounds everything. At Christmas, lonely people are lonelier, seeing friends and families go by. People take reckoning, they stock of where their lives are at Christmas. It just provides a backdrop against which different things can

When did Jim Parsons reach out as gay? ‘Big Bang Theory’ actor slams Donald Trump for finish LGBTQ crisis hotline

Jim Parsons speaks out against Trump after LGBTQ hotline support is cut.

Jim Parsons, who is best acknowledged for embodying the brilliant yet socially awkward Sheldon Cooper on The Enormous Bang Theory, has never shied away from keeping it real. He officially acknowledged being gay advocate in 2012, though it was more a low-key confirmation than a media splash—Parsons simply let it slip in a Brand-new York Times feature, explaining he’d been “gay and in a 10‑year relationship” at that point.

Fast forward to July 2025, and Parsons is once again making headlines, this day, calling out President Donald Trump’s recent decision to axe the LGBTQ‑specific “Press 3” option on the U.S. 988 suicide-prevention hotline. The actor, now married to art director Todd Spiewak since 2017, didn’t mince words. He labeled the shift “literally criminal” and accused the leader of sending a word that queer lives aren’t welcome.

okay, its TOP from Giant Bang gay? one of my friends told me he is and another said he is bisexual while other people utter that he's straight and i tried looking it up and i get mixed answers. WHAT IS HE???? i figured you guys would know, since you guys love Big Bang..

Hello, Anon! You are right; we undertake love BIGBANG!  And because of our observations of their on-screen moments, we do have our own deduction to your scrutinize.  We believe T.O.P is STRAIGHT.

Frankly, there is no evidence to say otherwise.  Any physical connection shown between the members is typical within a group that has to spend so much time together and formed near bonds. He has talked about past hurt in previous relationships. And when he talks about what he wants in a future significant other, the characteristics tend to manifest a more feminine description.

Is this bullet-proof evidence? Not at all.  The only person that can really respond your question is T.O.P.  Like we said in a previous post, what we perceive is never enough to allow us to make a judgement.  And in Korean culture, homosexuality is not something people talk about freely or announce publicly.
