Though raised in the attractive Lake Charles, Louisiana area, I spent many summers as a teen at our family vacation dwelling in Bandera, Texas. I fell in love with Bandera and knew I would someday make it my home. Upon graduating high school, I came to Texas and attended Trinity University in San Antonio. After graduation, with a degree in business, I held several diverse corporate positions. However, I found that my genuine desire was to possess my own business and to have it in Bandera. With that long for, I opened my authentic estate firm in the spring of 1981 and thanks to the decent people of Bandera and the surrounding counties Guilott Realty, Inc. has enjoyed many successes over the years. I have served as President, Vice-President, Secretary/treasurer and a Board Member for the Bandera County Board of Realtors® and on the State Grievance Committee. I am also a trained mediator. For many years, Guilott Realty, Inc. has supported and continues to support numerous worthwhile charities and civic events.
