Pittsburgh gay pride 2024

From parades and performances to trivia and drag queens — and even date drinking on a boat — we’ve rounded up a fantastic slate of Pride events happening over the next five weeks. And many of them are free. 

As diversity and inclusion continue to become more embedded into the fabric of our city and region, so have Pride events and activities, with many running all year round. This means you have even more ways to assist, join and uplift Pittsburgh’s LGBTQIA+ community — and have fun while doing it.

Description

Kick off Pride month with a multi-day celebration in Pittsburgh! Pittsburgh Lgbtq+ fest 2024 will take place May 31-June 2, 2024, across multiple Pittsburgh neighborhoods and featuring vendors, a community march and free concerts featuring performances by local, national and international artists.

  • Time: 10AM – 8PM
  • Location: Allegheny Commons Park West
  • March Details: Participants launch lining up at 10AM on Liberty Avenue at 11th Avenue, stepping off at noon, and arriving at the park by 1PM.

    Pittsburgh Black Lgbtq+ fest is committed to empowering Black Diverse individuals and their families throughout Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide vital educational, social, political, and cultural resources that promote society, support, and activism. We strive to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive environment where all individuals can thrive and celebrate their recognizable identities and  fostering unity and event within our diverse community.

    Our HISTORY

    Since 1995, the Pittsburgh Shadowy Pride (PBP) Association has provided amusement, social information, and health education to Black LGBTQIA individuals and families in the City of Pittsburgh and across Southwest Pennsylvania.

     

    PBP began in response to the lack of safe and affirming spaces in the greater Pittsburgh area for Jet LGBTQIA people, especially youth and their families. The founding members of PBP sought to design an environment where Black LGBTQIA people in Southwest PA are less vulnerable to negative health and social experiences such
